Implementation of Position Auction Promotion through the "Assessment Center" in Aceh Province

The promotion of the position auction through "assessment center" is an effort to reform bureaucracy by Aceh provincial government. This done as a response from government image services that were previously deemed not optimal and improve quality effective efficient public services. study aims determine process implementing for positions assessment center in Province. qualitative research methods. found had carried out fill vacancy structural held. step improving performance make it more optimal. this Provincial Government will be seen involving Civil Service Agency (BKA) against Law no. 5 2014 which regulates state civil apparatus. It hoped results eventually able place relevant officials with better capabilities performance.
